LONG-TIME-LINER®’s semi permanent make-up method was developed over 25 years ago in Munich, Germany. Waltraud Kuffner, with a team of doctors, cosmetologists, make-up artists, and permanent make-up technicians, created the Conture® Make-Up Method for gentle, safe, and beautiful micropigmentation.
LONG-TIME-LINER® is the world’s best provider for semi permanent eyebrows, our hair stroke technique is the most natural looking enhancement for sparse or uneven brows. The semi permanent eyeliner adds fullness and defines the eyelashes, and our semi permanent lip color can blend into your natural lip for subtle results or be bright or bold as lipstick. We also provide medical pigmentation services to mask problem zones for the skin.
With our semi permanent make-up, it’s the client’s choice and the commitment is never long-term.
The medically regulated color is pigmented into the first layer of the skin, the Epidermis, where it lasts anywhere from 1 to 3 years more or less depending on the individual’s skin regeneration, skin type, metabolism; and external factors, such as the environment and sun damage. Conture® Make-up can be touched up to refresh the design, reshaped, replaced with different colors or left to fade. With LONG-TIME-LINER’s Conture Make-Up, clients have the ability to change up their style to suit their current look and won’t be stuck with an outdated or unattractive tattoo.

LONG-TIME-LINER® pigmentation colors are not only medically tested and certified, each individual bottle of pigment is labeled with a charge number which is noted every time that specific bottle is used for pigmentation to maintain high quality control standards.
The ink pigments consist of inorganic pigments, iron oxides, carbon black, manganese violet and titanium oxides. All the oxides and titanium dioxides we use during the pigmentation ink manufacturing process are food-grade. For lip colours, in addition to the above, we also use the organic pigments D&C red 6, red 7 and FD&C yellow 6. We have no doubt that our inks represent the absolute pinnacle of ink development in the area of semipermanent pigmentation.
