Problem, pimpled skin?
Solution: microdermabrasion and mesotherapy
Recommended treatment for skin problem is facial skin acne cleanser treatment, microdermabrasion (combination of these), mesotherapy of vitamin B, IPL. One of the most frequently occurring problems in teens is acne, commonly known as pimple, which is not only aesthetically disturbing but can cause psychological damages: minority feeling, uncertainty and reticence from the new friendships, fear of relationships. Fortunately, now we have a lot of information about the causes of acne, and a host of treatment options can help to eliminate acne.
During puberty hormones start to be produced in the body, which are called androgens. These hormones can be found in men and women. On the effect androgenic hormones the sebaceous glands belonging to our follicles start an excessive sebum production. We need sebum – in a certain quantity – to keep our skin soft and constitute a protective layer between our skin and the outside world. The sebum then continues to produce and the follicle swells. The body tries to defend itself, so it sends the white blood cells. The process result is displayed as a red swollen pimple or blackhead black or white lined, or a node; that is the acne. During its healing sometimes scarring can be occurred.
Teenagers are not the only ones who get acne. In consequence of stress or exams they may appear on the skin. Of course there are predisposing genetic factors, which contribute to their formation. For example, if someone has too wide pores or dry skin, which may sound strange at first, but there is an explanation. If the skin is too dry, the emulsion on surface of the skin is disrupted, the skin barrier (defensive) function decreases, it becomes more susceptible to the attack of acne forming bacteria. (Propionibacterium acnes proliferate in accumulated sebum, which in locked follicles and causes inflammation.) The balance of the skin fat emulsion and water content are often upset; the skin becomes fattier, which makes more difficult cellular respiration. Acne (pimples) and comedo (blackheads) form. Acne (pimples) may occur for several reasons. For example, hormonal changes, indigestion, airless environment, bacteria (Staphylococcus, Streptococcus), internal inflammation, tooth decay.
First we have to look for the reason; this can be helped by the beautician with skin diagnosis, since we can draw conclusions from the appearance and the state about the origin of the problem. With the help of microdermabrasion we remove dead skin cells, the skin gets air and the sebum glands can be restored, since its secretion can flow away. In the field of therapeutic agents the cocktails containing sulphur, vitamin B, vitamin C, are the most appropriate, since they are beneficial in the normal functioning of sebaceous glands, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory agents. During treatment of acne, its underlying inflammation around the sebaceous glands expressed moderation is triggered by an especially complex flash, since it reduces the sebum, kills bacteria and inflammation and can increase the body’s local immune response.
The mesotherapy: These cocktails are sterile substances of analytical grade, which contain the optimal concentration of anti-aging, promote regeneration, active ingredients and vitamins. It delivers vitamins into the mesoderm, or middle layer of skin, acting as a “medicinal bullet” that is delivered directly to the target area.
Oxigen therapy: The process is associated with a drop in available oxygen in the skin cells. The Oxygen System utilises puncture jet technology that allows oxygen and specially selected anti-ageing skin care serum to be driven into the skin. Performed in a closed circuit environment, it provides the lower layers of the skin with much needed nutrients to repair and restructure from the inside out.
Image peel: A skin peel is a resurfacing treatment designed to improve and enhance the skin. Benefits include skin clarity, even skin tone, uniform colour and improved texture. Our Image Skincare peel product line features all natural ingredients, such as Aloe Vera, Papaya, Green Tea and Vitamin C.
